How do I play a match?

Each match has two phases. First, assign your defensive point chips to your opponent's question slots based on their category strengths and weaknesses. Then answer 10 trivia questions. Your score is based on how many you get correct multiplied by the weights your opponent assigned.

What happens if I miss a match day?

If you miss a match day without submitting your defense and answers, it counts as a forfeit. You receive -1 standings point. After 3 forfeits you receive a warning, and after 5 forfeits your account may be suspended for the season.

How does promotion and demotion work?

At the end of each season, the top players in each Tier are promoted to a higher Tier, and the bottom players are demoted. Tiebreakers are resolved by Match Point Differential, then Total Time Taken on correct answers.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or through Google Play Store → Subscriptions on Android.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile screen in the app and scroll to the bottom. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

I found a bug — how do I report it?
